Schedule 4x12 Hour Night Shift (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN to join our team for the night shift. The nurse will provide care for patients with a variety of medical conditions in a 12-bed general medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and willing to float between similar units as needed. Responsibilities Provide patient care to a diverse adult and geriatric population. Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Participate in patient and family education to enhance understanding of health conditions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in South Carolina or a Compact license in hand prior to start. Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred. BLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred. Epic experience is required. Ability to manage telemetry monitoring and respond to rapid response calls. Why ARMStaffing?
