Job Description Job Description HEALTHCARE / CLINICAL SETTING • MOBILE, ALABAMA Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Full-Time Entry-Level Welcome | $55,000 – $65,000 Annually ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our clinical healthcare team in Mobile, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early-career dietitian to launch their professional journey in a supportive, patient-centered environment. POSITION DETAILS Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position – Direct Hire Location: Mobile, Alabama (on-site) Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year, commensurate with credentials Setting: Healthcare / Clinical Setting Experience Level: New graduates and recent RDN exam passers strongly encouraged to apply KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients across a range of clinical conditions Develop, implement, and monitor individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient nutrition care Provide patient and family education on therapeutic diets, disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings Support community outreach and health education programs as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an ACEND-accredited program Completion of an ACEND-accredited Dietetic Internship (DI) or Coordinated Program (CP) Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), or eligibility to sit for the RDN exam upon hire Licensed or eligible for licensure as a dietitian in the State of Alabama Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based nutrition care PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Clinical rotation experience in hospital, long-term care, or outpatient settings Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated interest in continued education and specialty certification WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary with annual performance reviews Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing Professional Education (CPE) support and reimbursement Mentorship from experienced clinical dietitians Supportive team culture committed to work-life balance HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and a brief cover letter describing their clinical training background and career goals to View email address on click.appcast.io or apply by clicking the Apply Here link.
