This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with U.S. export regulations, managing classifications and licensing activities, and serving as a trusted compliance expert.

Export Compliance Manager Duties:

• Perform export classifications (ECCN/USML), jurisdiction determinations, and support export licensing activities.
• Partner with engineering to review product changes and determine compliance impacts.
• Review export holds, conduct restricted party screenings, and ensure compliant shipments.
• Provide export compliance guidance and training to cross-functional teams.
• Support internal audits, investigations, and corporate trade compliance initiatives.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shift, onsite

Pay: $131,000-$163,000/yr.

Export Compliance Manager Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of Export or Trade Compliance experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Experience performing ECCN/USML classifications and export licensing activities.
• Aerospace, defense, electronics, or other ITAR-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
