Allied / Tech - Physical Therapy Shift Details: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 scheduled hours. Job Order Details: Start Date 06/15/2026, End Date 09/14/2026, Duration 13 weeks. Unit Profile Unit Name: Rehab Services, Building: Cost Center: View phone number on click.appcast.io, Number of Beds: 24, Patient Ratios: workflow is one patient per hour. Unit staffing description: On average there are 2 CNAs per shift, and rehab has a tech 20 hours per week. Type of equipment: All lift equipment is available, large rehab gym with different pieces of equipment. Documentation system: Cerner. Scheduling requirements: set schedule of Monday-Friday (8:00-4:30). Floating policy: will float to Eckerd Living Center if needed (which is in the same building). Primary location will be Highlands-Cashiers Hospital. Patient Experience requirements: Prefer 1 year of experience at minimum. Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS required. Hiring Profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: ability to evaluate and treat patient admitted to the hospital with a strong rehab mindset. Focus is on treatment (vs. eval only). Procedures performed on unit: comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments. Certifications Required: standard OT state license and BLS. Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs (no specific color).
