Physical Therapist / PT Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Sparta, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. $5,000 Bonus + Hourly Rates at $42-52/hr *Offer Based on experience and qualifying interview* Full-Time 30-40 Hours/Week. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
