New graduates are encouraged to apply.

You will not be expected to already know aquatic rehabilitation or every part of our treatment model.

Founder John Dohanic, DPT , brings extensive experience in aquatic rehabilitation, rehabilitation education, and physical performance training.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled Physical Therapy interventions
• Progress treatment plans based on patient response and functional goals
• Utilize aquatic and land-based rehabilitation when appropriate
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and confidence
• Educate patients on movement, exercise, recovery, and long-term wellness
• Track patient progress and functional outcomes
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with support staff and other members of the clinical team
• Help support the continued development of the clinic
• Take on additional responsibility as your experience and skills grow

Help Patients Progress Beyond Traditional Rehabilitation

Physical Therapy does not have to stop when a patient begins feeling better.

Your Schedule

This is a full-time Physical Therapist position .

Typical hours include:

• Monday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

• Hold or are eligible for a New Jersey Physical Therapist license

Previous aquatic therapy experience is helpful but not required. You will NOT be in the pool the majority of the day as sessions are led from the pool deck.
