We are a leading global medical technology company looking for a detail-oriented International Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do

• Order & PO Management: Process intercompany orders (EDI/Manual), manage PO confirmations, release order blocks, and handle order maintenance.
• Global Logistics & Compliance: Prepare export documentation (invoices, AWB, COC), coordinate international shipments, and ensure strict adherence to export and IATA dangerous goods regulations.
• Customer & Team Relations: Act as the single point of contact for international partners. Manage returns, credits, and rebills fairly and effectively.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Collaborate with Supply Planning to secure inventory and develop initiatives to improve the customer experience based on survey feedback.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or export coordination.
• Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing routine, manual tasks with high accuracy.
• Reliable Team Player: Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of building positive internal relationships.

salary: $18.55 - $23.55 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Order entry- Processes Intercompany orders for EDI or Manual orders
• PO Confirmation
• Order Maintenance for Business Rules - dating or splitting the lines
• Release Order Blocks
• Processes Customer returns - credits and rebills
• Prepares and distributes Export documents- invoices, AWB, COC etc..
• Ensues adherence to export regulations and guidelines
• Provides back up to fellow team members
• Performs other duties as needed
• Single point of contact for intercompany shipments
• Provides proactive, accurate communications
