Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Monitor account balances and flag any discrepancies. Perform all other duties as assigned. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred. 1-2 years of bookkeeping/personal finance management experience or related education required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required. High level of integrity and discretion required. Comfortable working independently in a private setting is required. Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) or bookkeeping tools required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
