Do you love speaking with people and problem solving? We would love to meet you!
We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist at Trophy Club Consulting, LLC. This role will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, retention, client check-ins, and appointment scheduling. We provide consulting services to insurance agencies nationwide and are looking to expand our growing team!
Qualifications
Experience in customer service roles
Ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone and video platforms
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
Experience in the insurance or consulting industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
