Quality Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.51 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)

• Perform thorough quality inspections & sorting projects on manufactured goods.
• Utilize precision measuring devices, including micrometers, calipers, & various gauges, to verify product specifications & ensure accuracy.
• Conduct audit inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards & procedures.
• Identify & report non-conforming materials or products, documenting findings accurately.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues & support continuous improvement efforts.
• Rotate tasks as needed to meet production demands and maintain efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, & organized work area at all times.

Quality Tech Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous history working in sorting projects, quality inspection, or audit inspections is required.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring devices such as micrometers & calipers. Familiarity with other gauges is a plus. Work
• Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 45 lbs and repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of an 8 to 12-hour shift.
• Must be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work in a hot & potentially dirty atmosphere.
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently for clear communication & understanding of instructions.
