Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness meet McDonald’s critical customer standards. Work with leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching. Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers. Ensure restaurant meets operational, staffing, scheduling, and performance objectives. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. Strong background in quick service restaurants; hospitality or retail experience also desired. Must be 18 years or older. Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.
