Who You Are: Tribble Electric is seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to support the daily operations of our Residential New Construction Department. This role is responsible for performing high-quality electrical installations in new home builds, leading small crews, and ensuring all work meets code requirements, safety standards, and project timelines. The Residential Electrician plays a key role in maintaining the workmanship, professionalism, and reliability that builders and homeowners expect from Tribble Electric. What You’ll Do: Perform electrical installations in residential new construction projects in accordance with NEC and company standards Lead small crews and support the development of apprentices on the job Maintain productivity and ensure projects remain on schedule Communicate professionally with builders, inspectors, team members, and supervisors Troubleshoot electrical issues, document work completed, and ensure all required materials are identified and secured Uphold all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Assist in ensuring overall project quality and customer satisfaction QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring: 4+ years of residential electrical experience, with strong emphasis on new construction Experience with new home constructionwith an emphasis oncustom homes Journeyman or Master Electrician license Strong knowledge of the current National Electrical Code (NEC) Experience leading small crews and managing daily jobsite operations Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot electrical systems, and ensure work meets code requirements Proven ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service Must meet company driving requirements, including a valid Virginia license and acceptable driving record What We Offer: 100% employer-paid health coverage options through United Healthcare 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%, with Roth and Traditional options Generous pay scale and company vehicle provided for eligible positions Paid time off starting day one Tuition reimbursement and paid apprenticeship programs Career advancement pathways and leadership development opportunities Dental, vision, and FSA plans Company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and family support Scholarship opportunities for employees and dependents Employee discounts on Woodfin services A family-oriented, team-first culture that values work/life balance Not everyone may fulfill all the requirements listed here.
