Overview A law firm seeks an associate to join its Employment and Labor practice group in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in management-side employment law counseling and litigation. Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on employment and labor matters. Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies. Qualifications Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience. Experience in wage and hour collective and class actions preferred. Exceptional academic and professional credentials. Superior research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Illinois. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
