Patient Account Representative Medicaid Redetermination

The Patient Account Representative Medicaid Redetermination is an extension of a client's business office staff. The Medicaid Redetermination Specialist is responsible for supporting constituent Medicaid members through the redetermination (renewal) process to ensure continuity of healthcare coverage. This role involves outbound and inbound call support, eligibility guidance, documentation assistance, and accurate account updates in compliance with state and client guidelines.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Lewisville, TX office (open to San Antonio), with in-office work required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and remote work from home on the remaining days. Individuals must be able to work an eight-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM CT 5:30 PM CT.

• Complete all business-related requests and correspondence from patients.
• Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner.
• Assist client and patients in all requested tasks.
• Communicate to Guidehouse management areas of concern or areas of improvement.
• Update patient demographic information and initiate account adjustments.
