Bookkeeper:
- Monday - Friday.
- Full Time.
- Some Saturdays.
- Schedule: 8Am to 5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand and process A/R and A/P.
- Manage the accounts payable process by coding invoices, submitting them for proper approval, and processing payment.
- Handle record-keeping/filing.
- Match invoices and determine account coding.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Work with outside accountants as needed.
- Assist with collection activities as required.
- Process payroll.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years relevant experience.
- QuickBooks is a must.
