PBM Data Analyst

PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid Healthcare Support is actively seeking a PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid to support a nationally recognized leader in healthcare. This company is a leader in providing benefit administration solutions to employers, unions, health plans, and government entities. We are looking for candidates in New York, NY, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NCDaily Responsibilities:Supervise and support a team of account executives to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance. Support clients in a leadership capacity, focusing on escalation management and relationship development. Manage high profile but limited client book. Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in PBM services, including but not limited to overall pharmacy strategy, financial performance, contract management Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remoteRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers Ability to analyze complex business problems to discover and resolve root causes Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to develop effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a team Must Have:PBM experience Accumulations experience They need to be able to speak with vendors.
