Level 3 - Warehouse AssociateThis position is a member of the location warehouse team responsible for order pulling, inbound receiving, housekeeping and other warehouse tasks. This role is also responsible for working closely with the team and supervisor to ensure all assigned tasks are done timely and accurately. The role requires excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, and consistent timely follow up. 50% order selecting, put away and scanning; 40% - Housekeeping; 10%- Other warehouse tasks. Keen sense of safety and to abide by all safety rules and regulations. Equipment operating (reach truck [certified] and pallet Jack); Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.Candidate required to provide their own steel toe shoes. Dress code is jeans (no rips, tears, etc.) and hoodless sweatshirt, recommended. Cargill will provide necessary cold weather gear (coat/hat/gloves).Requirements:Standup forklift experience PREFERREDAbility to lift up to 100lbs unassistedMust be able to work in a cold environment CONSISTENTLY - 32/0 degreesMinimum HS education or equivalentCandidates motivated for long term, continued employment HIGHLY PREFERREDSchedule Details:Training: M-F, 8am to completion usually 5pm, occasionally laterNormal schedule after training: Sunday (7am to completion, around 5pm), M-Th (3pm to shift end)OT as needed** Please note the expectation to work until the tasks have been completed for the day, rather than hard-stop end time.
