Local Pay: $20.00/hour

Shift Details:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30-4:30 PM, 7.5 hrs with a 30 minute lunch break. 

• There will be no overtime. 

Auditor Duties & Responsibilities:

• Auditing forms and reports for accurate and complete documentation

• Responding professionally to inquiries and requests through a ticketing system

• Compiling communication logs and compliance documentation

• Coordinating with healthcare facilities to support data submission and reconciliation

• Reviewing letters, reports, and website content for accuracy before publication

• Updating tracking documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Creating and revising training presentations and materials

• Assisting in training new data submitters and team members

• Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper records in state database systems

• Managing centralized email inboxes and routing inquiries appropriately

• Coordinating recruitment interviews

• Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders

• Providing general administrative support to center staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent

• Proficient in the use of standard office technology

• Experience working with spreadsheets, tables, dashboards, and report documentation

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

• Experience scheduling meetings for multiple participants and executive-level staff

• Familiarity with handling confidential documents and sensitive information

• Additional certifications may be required.
