The company specializes in co-manufacturing and co-packaging of chocolate and sugar panned items. The company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. About the roleThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and executing integrated B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, ecommerce growth, and sales. Working directly with the Executive Team, this role oversees multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, website content, and influencer partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Executive Team to develop, support, and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), retail/shopper marketing, content/blogs, and email marketingManage and execute digital marketing activities across both B2C and B2B channels, utilizing current platforms including Shopify, HubSpot, CommerceBuild (B2B portal) and others as requiredDevelop and manage influencer and brand ambassador programs, coordinating campaigns and content, managing ongoing relationships, and measuring program performance to build brand awareness, engagement, and advocacyManage website content and digital initiatives that support brand awareness, customer engagement, ecommerce and sales growthMonitor and analyze website traffic, customer behavior, conversion, and engagement metrics; identify opportunities to improve performance and the customer experienceOversee SEO/SEM and paid digital marketing efforts, working with agency partners as appropriate to improve visibility, traffic, conversion, and ROIDevelop and manage engaging digital content across website, social media, blogs, email, and B2B channels, ensuring content supports brand messaging, marketing priorities, and business objectivesMeasure and report performance across digital marketing campaigns against established KPIs, ROI, and business objectives, translating results into actionable recommendationsIdentify digital, consumer, and market trends and use insights to continuously optimize marketing spend, content, campaigns, and channel performanceQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field5-8 years of experience in marketingMust have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detailFirm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketingMust be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesMust have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reportsMust have a high level of creativityProven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing managerHands on experience with marketing tools: Shopify, Canva, HubSpot & Sprout SocialStrong content development and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate brand, product, and business objectives into compelling content across digital channels.Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM & implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsCORE SKILLS:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skillsStrong analytical and project management skillsBSc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant fieldExceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills Organizational SkillsTime ManagementDetail Oriented Collaboration SkillsFlexibilityExperience working with managing budgets PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Primary work is conducted in an office setting BENEFITS:Sconza Candy Company offers a competitive compensation and benefit program which includes full medical and dental coverage, 401(k) with company match + discretionary contribution (100% vested immediately), vacation and 11 holidays per year.
