The ideal candidate is career focused, takes ownership of their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of accuracy in maintaining exceptional customer service.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.5+ years of warehouse experience preferred.Experience using an RF Scanner at work.Basic computer proficiency.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Ability and willingness to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height.Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time throughout the work day.Forklift, Cherry Picker, and/or Power Jack experience is a plus.What You'll DoOrder Fulfillment & ShippingPack, pick, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Follow special shipping instructions and ensure orders are prepared correctly.Palletize, wrap, and prepare outgoing shipments according to established procedures.Trace shipments and assist with delivery-related inquiries when necessary.Ensure all daily orders are processed and shipped on schedule.Receiving & Inventory ManagementPrepare the warehouse for incoming air and ocean shipments.Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and other documentation.Restock primary picking locations to maintain inventory availability.Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.Assist with year-end physical inventory activities.What Success Looks LikeIn this role, you will:Consistently achieve high levels of order accuracy and on-time shipment processing.Maintain accurate inventory records and support strong inventory controls.Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operation.Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a positive team-oriented attitude.Support exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and accurate fulfillment.Be a trusted team member who helps keep warehouse operations running smoothly every day.Ideal BackgroundsWarehouse AssociateShipping & Receiving AssociateInventory Control AssociateLogistics AssociateMaterial HandlerOrder Fulfillment AssociateDistribution Center AssociateWarehouse SpecialistShipping CoordinatorInventory SpecialistIf you're looking for an opportunity where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational success, we'd love to hear from you!We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
