Position Summary The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting with reservations, resolving issues, and coordinating support across teams. This role involves problem‑solving, dispatching field staff, handling escalated situations, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and customer‑focused, with strong communication and technical skills. Working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment, this role plays a key part in creating positive, memorable stays for every guest. What You’ll Do Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the needs of a 24/7 business Have the ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of Easy Vacation Services and Breathe Easy Rentals and the guest, bridging the gap for guest understanding while displaying empathy Have the ability to learn on the fly and follow along with real‑time information Superior verbal and written communication skills Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices Organization skills and be able to multi‑task Schedule and help keep on top of any Breezeway tasks that are required Other responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications Self‑motivated and self‑sufficient, while being able to seek guidance when needed Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and guests Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed Professional in all forms of communication such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast‑paced environment Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions Highly responsive and reliable Strong attention to detail Compensation, Benefits & More Compensation: $20 - 22 /hour Benefits: PTO Health insurance Life insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement benefits or accounts Healthcare spending or reimbursement accounts (HSAs, FSAs, HRAs) Long‑term disability insurance Short‑term disability insurance Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Job Type: Full‑time Location: Destin, FL #J-18808-Ljbffr
