The Expert Business Analyst will work with agency stakeholders to document existing business processes, define future-state requirements, and support development of new applications aligned with the agency's technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead JAD sessions for As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Interview stakeholders and document requirements.
• Analyze mission-critical business functions across multiple bureaus.
• Create business and technical documentation.
• Support application development initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 84 months experience eliciting and analyzing business requirements.
• 84 months experience creating software development artifacts.
• 60 months experience creating test plans and supporting UAT.
• 60 months experience managing requirements lifecycle.
• 60 months experience working with architects and development teams.
• CBAP Certification.
