Procedures needed: Fillings, Ortho - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry. Number of Dental Assistants: 1-2 per dentist, Number of Hygienists: 1· Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days· Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
