Registered Nurse (RN) - Admissions

Admissions Nurses play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families, providing compassion, quick response, and an efficient yet thorough admission process. As the first point of contact, they set the tone for the hospice experience, offering education and reassurance during a vulnerable time. They also serve as a critical link to the care team, including Registered Nurse Case Managers, ensuring that patient and family needs are effectively communicated.

Registered Nurse - Admissions Qualifications:

• 1 year minimum prior skilled nursing experience.
• An active, unencumbered state Registered Nurse license.
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities.

Registered Nurse - Admissions Schedule & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• No Mandatory on-call required
