Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Meat Cutter who is detail-oriented and doesn’t mind frigid temperatures. As a Meat Cutter your responsibilities would include: Reading prep sheet Following Bubba’s 33 specs Tracking product yield Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized Following storage and rotation procedures Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices Exhibits teamwork At Bubba’s 33, we always put our teammates first.
