Quality Control Inspector - 2nd shift

Quality Control Inspector II CTL Aerospace is a full‑service NADCAP certified composite‑manufacturing company, providing services to major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in manufacturing Fiber‑Reinforced Polymer Structures. We are seeking a talented Quality Control Inspector to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky). Essential Job Functions Perform dimensional/visual inspections on components and final assemblies using monitoring and measuring equipment (M&ME) according to the production schedule. Comply with internal quality system, business policies, and regulatory requirements, and support business goals and objectives. Work cooperatively with others in a teamwork atmosphere. Maintain workstation cleanliness on a daily basis. Read and understand blueprints, travelers/routers, and work instructions. Utilize basic shop math skills to aid with tolerancing and obtaining measurements of product. Possess basic knowledge of GD&T tolerancing. Have basic understanding of utilizing an ERP system. Generate inspection reports and FAI reports. Multi‑task effectively. Issue nonconforming reports. Work with minimal supervision to support manufacturing needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience related to precision manufacturing and inspection (Aerospace industry with emphasis on composite manufacturing a plus). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people on the floor and work with diverse work groups. Good analytical, writing, and communication skills. U.S. citizen. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs. CTL Aerospace will provide a pay rate commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package.
