About the Position Rapp's Barren Brewing Co in Mountain Home, AR is looking for bartenders to join our team. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable about craft beer, self‑driven, motivated, hard‑working and at least 21 years old. Responsibilities Pour, serve and describe craft beer, cocktails and other beverages. Communicate to customers such as call‑ins, walk‑ins, musicians, food vendors, happy people, sad people, funny people, boring people, managers, co‑employees, family members, friends, acquaintances and morbid enemies—all with a kind and smiling face. Ask for identification from everyone and politely offer non‑alcoholic beverages to those under 21 or without an ID. Clean, organize and follow trained standards. Communicate and work well with others. Learn as much as possible about our craft beverages (we also make homemade soda), cocktails and select liquor options. Qualifications Good knowledge of craft beer and cocktails with a desire to learn more. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment (and sometimes a slow‑paced environment). Enjoy serving others and providing exemplary customer experience. Ability to lift 40+ pounds as well as bend, squat, lift and twist. Stand for 5 or more hours. Work with commercial cleaning products.
