Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist for a contract position. This role is responsible for managing inventory, performing data analysis, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who can work independently with large datasets in a computer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all inventory management and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Manage third-party exchanges and work within a Property Management System (PMS).
• Focus on inventory access and booking for members.
• Perform data entry and conduct forecasting and reforecasting of inventory.
• Utilize templates, find source data, and adhere to established checks and balances.
• Analyze and interpret mass data, identifying details and areas for correction.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have experience working with large datasets for extended periods. This role requires individuals who are coachable, open to feedback, and able to adapt in a dynamic environment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a focused, heads-down role.

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Candidates should understand the concepts behind macros and be adept at problem-solving within Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• An accounting background is considered beneficial.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Experience with SQL to retrieve data from systems.

Work Environment

This role is fully onsite, particularly during the training period. All necessary equipment, including a laptop, will be provided. The position requires the ability to work independently with a high degree of focus.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this position is between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour. Further details on benefits will be provided to eligible candidates.
