Description Summary This Process Administrator position provides "Simply the Best" customer service at all times. Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures. We're looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with us! Duties & Responsibilities Handles assigned daily work assignment that consist of collector and HomeSavers requests. Payment research and posting Issues delinquency letters Issues phone number update and payment plan letters Processes HomeSavers applications Runs and monitors delinquency scripts Processes incoming and outgoing mail Research delinquent taxes and legal documents. Prepares Foreclosure Referrals for Consumer Accounts. Handles email requests Refers escalated accounts to manager Position will cross-train to other products Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1 year of work experience in a processing type function. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm required. Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up Ability to multi-task PC and internet proficiency Exempt Status Exempt Status: (Yes) = not eligible for overtime pay & (No) = eligible for overtime pay Workplace Type Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
