Assistant Project Manager - Construction

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team and work closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents to help manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support the PM with day-to-day project management and coordination
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, and vendors
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements
• Track project costs, schedules, procurement, and deliverables
• Attend project meetings and help resolve issues in the field
• Assist with project closeout and turnover

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of construction experience
• Strong xhyhwjd understanding of construction documents and project processes
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor coordination
• Procore experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
