Speech-Language Pathologist in Gettysburg, PA

Step into a rewarding contract position as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving K-12 students across a district near Gettysburg, PA for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite opportunity spans both elementary and secondary environments, supporting classrooms with a mix of regular education, autistic support, learning support, and life skills programming. Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Pennsylvania SLP certification (required)
• Active PA teaching certificate (required, must be submitted with resume)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in school-based SLP roles
• Skilled in managing both elementary and secondary caseloads
• Strong communication, documentation, and organization abilities

Role Overview:

• Deliver onsite speech and language therapy services throughout the district (no virtual assignments)
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 students at the elementary level, including regular education and autistic support
• Oversee a secondary caseload of around 60 students, providing learning support, life skills, and autistic support with some case management responsibilities
• Implement IEPs, assess student progress, and liaise with educators and families
• Adjust service delivery to fit individual needs and meet compliance requirements
• Work the full academic term from August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027, for 35 hours per week
