The Clinical Manager – Care Management | RN | in Las Vegas, NV, plays a critical leadership role in developing, implementing, and overseeing care and outcome management systems. This position ensures effective coordination of patient care across the healthcare continuum, balancing clinical and financial resource utilization while supervising the Case Management staff. The Clinical Manager fosters collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, patients, and payers, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain care/outcome management systems.
• Oversee coordination of patient care across the healthcare continuum.
• Support appropriate utilization of healthcare resources from financial and clinical perspectives.
• Supervise and manage assigned Case Management staff.
• Review patient medical records to determine acute-care criteria and appropriate level of care.
• Oversee admission, concurrent, retrospective/retro -eligible reviews, authorizations, denials, and appeals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, reimbursement requirements, and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, payers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze care management outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Current Nevada RN license.
• BLS certification accepted by the American Heart Association (AHA).

• Pay: $108,534.40–$168,230.40/year
