What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Cardiologist to join a high-volume, employed practice with a robust internal referral base and the comprehensive diagnostic resources of the Ascension Saint Agnes cardiovascular network.

Join an established team of 8 physicians and 7 APPs

Call structure: 1 week every 4-6 weeks

Practice setting: Outpatient and inpatient

Employed position within a nonprofit health system

Lead comprehensive patient care journeys by balancing a dedicated outpatient practice with essential inpatient rounds to ensure continuity of care from the clinic to the bedside.

Deliver life-saving diagnostic insights through the expert performance and interpretation of TTE, TEE, and nuclear stress tests to guide precise treatment plans.

Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology

Board Certification in Echocardiography preferred

Fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Additional Preferences

Must be able to read or perform TTE, TEE, and nuclear stress tests
