Description UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora Department: Transplant Medicine Position type: Part Time, 48 hours per pay period (2 weeks; 24 hours per week). Shift: Day and Night Rotation. Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour (dependent on relevant experience). Night shift incentive: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually) for full‑time night shift RN and LPN. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years of experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). BLS Healthcare Provider or relevant life‑support certification (e.g., CPR, AHA/Red Cross). Six months of RN experience. BLS card through American Heart Association or American Red Cross, must be current within 60 days of hire. Responsibilities Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize wellness from a patient perspective and evidence‑based practice. Precepet new staff and promote clinical excellence. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Clinical Focus Acute Care: Direct care of moderate to high acuity Med‑Surg units. Involved in core curriculum and specialty certification standards of the Acute Care Specialized Nurse (AMSN) program.
