Stellar Healthcare Partners is looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy medical practice in Brick, NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless patient experience while keeping a dynamic healthcare team running smoothly. - Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the medical practice
- Manage front desk staff, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare office policies
- Coordinate with clinical staff and physicians to support patient care delivery
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility needs
- Oversee staff onboarding, training, and performance management
- Monitor and report on key practice metrics, budgets, and financial performance
- 2+ years of office management experience in a medical or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management software
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
