Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier/Receptionist to be a valuable point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, cashier customers and ensure every customer receives a helpful and positive experience. If you have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
• Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
• Maintain office supplies for specific location

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
