Stocking Team Associate

About The Position This entry-level role works with an onsite team to replenish merchandise and prepare the store for customers. Hands-on Responsibilities Move merchandise from receiving or backroom areas Stock and organize shelves and displays Identify low-stock, damaged, or misplaced items Assist shoppers when working on the sales floor Work environment This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable. What we value: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures.
