POSITION 1

• Location: Tonganoxie, KS (66086)
• Hours: Full-time, part-time, and as-needed shifts are available for days, nights, and weekends. Around-the-clock (24/7) care is needed for the first two weeks after coming home from the hospital.
• Client Specifics: Infant with a g-tube, vent, and a trach

POSITION 2

• Location: Tonganoxie, KS (66086)
• Hours: Overnights: Sunday-Thursday 9p-7a, Friday OR Saturday 5p-5a OR 7p-7a
• Client Specifics: 6-year old with a g-tube, vent, and a trach

$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time Nights

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
