Project Manager, Roadway Design

Manage DOT and municipal roadway projects from kickoff to closeout, including scopes, schedules, budgets, and profitability Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, and reviewing agencies Serve as the primary client contact, building long‑term relationships Oversee QA/QC and deliverable quality Mentor Deputy PMs and engineering staff coming up behind you. This role puts you at the center of Central Ohio's infrastructure growth at a firm that's actively expanding, not standing still. You'd own full project lifecycles, from ODOT programs to major design‑build work, build your own client relationships, and lead a team under you.
