Practice Overview Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity serving multiple NICUs within a well-established regional health system in the Kansas City metro area Join a collaborative and experienced neonatal team providing care across a 49-bed Level IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level IIIA NICU, a Level II NICU, and well-baby nursery Practice at a regional perinatal referral center with more than 460 NICU admissions annually Provide comprehensive neonatal care utilizing advanced ventilator support in a collegial, multidisciplinary environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives, unit operations, and neonatal education programs Structured mentorship and comprehensive onboarding program designed to support both new graduate and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners One-on-one mentorship, professional development opportunities, and clinical leadership pathways available Family-centered care environment with innovative NICU family support resources New graduate NNPs are encouraged to apply Tuition assistance reimbursement available for eligible recent graduates

Job Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or higher Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) required Current APRN national specialty certification FNP, PNP, PA, and other NP certifications are not accepted Missouri APRN license or eligibility DEA and CSR/CDS registrations required prior to start
