OWL Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is growing—and we’re building something exciting! With a move into our brand-new facility coming in the next month or two , this is a great time to join our team and be part of OWL’s next chapter.

We’re looking for an experienced, versatile Dental Assistant who enjoys variety, loves working with children, and takes pride in creating a great experience for every patient and family. At OWL, no two days are exactly alike. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside both our pediatric and orthodontic teams , build your clinical skills, and become an important part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Assist our pediatric and orthodontic doctors during a variety of procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Support sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Help children feel safe, comfortable, and even excited about their dental visits
• Communicate with parents and patients about treatment, home care, and post-operative instructions
• Take accurate clinical notes and follow established practice protocols
• Anticipate the needs of the doctor and clinical team
• Help keep patient flow moving efficiently throughout the day
• Jump in wherever needed to support your teammates

We’re looking for someone who brings experience, confidence, flexibility, and a great attitude to the clinical team.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous dental assisting experience
• Enjoy working with children and families
• Can stay calm and positive in a busy environment
• Communicate well with doctors, teammates, patients, and parents
• Are dependable, organized, and willing to pitch in
• Can work with children of different ages, personalities, and abilities
• Enjoy learning and are excited about expanding your clinical skills

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Pediatric dentistry
• Orthodontics
• Coronal polishing
• Sealants
• Nitrous oxide monitoring

Don't have every preferred certification? That's okay! We value experience, attitude, and willingness to learn and additionally offer continuing education!
