Shift Manager

Description This job posting is for a Shift Manager at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer, not McDonald’s USA, and is responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts. Plan shifts, monitor performance, and take action to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for work shifts. Meet shift targets and help assigned departments achieve goals. Key Duties Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule. Passion to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older. Benefits 2 weeks paid vacation. Competitive hourly pay.
