Customer Service Representative

APAS – A Professional Aviation Services Corp. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a key point of contact between our customers and internal MRO operations. What You’ll Do Manage and support assigned customer accounts. Provide timely updates on repair status, turnaround times (TAT), quotes, approvals, and deliveries. Prepare and follow up on repair quotes and customer approvals. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, Shipping, and other departments to keep work orders moving. Proactively communicate delays, changes, and solutions to customers. Handle customer questions, concerns, and quote-related inquiries. Maintain accurate customer and work order information in company systems. Build strong, professional relationships with customers. What We’re Looking For Experience in aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts, or MRO environments. Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support, or a similar role . Experience with quoting, work orders, and customer account follow-up . Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
