Trailer Retail Associate - Not a Bakery

Location Scarborough, ME 04074 Position Summary We are seeking a Trailer Retail Associate to lead day-to-day service at our seasonal retail trailer. This role is primarily guest-facing and retail-focused, with light food handling responsibilities. Seasonal Schedule Training / Early Season: Weekends only beginning Saturday, May 16th Full-Time Season: Begins Wednesday, May 28th – Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Post-Labor Day: Returns to weekends only through September Season End: Early October Key Responsibilities Provide warm, engaging, and efficient customer service Set up, operate, and break down the retail trailer daily Accurately handle cash and POS transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space Communicate product offerings and answer guest questions knowledgeably Restock products and monitor inventory levels throughout the day Perform light food preparation, including reheating items using a toaster oven Uphold food safety and sanitation standards Represent the Not a Bakery brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Tips included, offering additional earning potential Consistent daytime schedule during peak season Opportunity to work with a respected and growing hospitality group Employee discounts across Prentice Hospitality Group locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
