Residential Services Director — Compliance & Quality Lead

Quality Management Assoc Inc is seeking an experienced Director of Residential Services to lead the New Jersey residential team in Palmyra. The role requires deep knowledge of DD/ID regulations and strong leadership to oversee multiple sites and staff. The director will ensure DHS and DDD compliance, manage program operations, coordinate with executives, and drive quality improvements across the network.
