Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting, sourcing, market research, and talent acquisition initiatives. This role will identify and engage qualified talent, conduct market and competitive research, support recruiting programs, and provide insights that strengthen hiring strategies.

The ideal candidate brings strong agency recruiting, sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and market research experience , along with excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through candidate selection and hiring.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent market research to identify candidate availability, industry trends, competitive activity, and other relevant workforce insights.
• Source and engage prospective candidates through databases, online platforms, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, market trends, and other key talent acquisition metrics.
• Develop reports and presentations based on recruiting data, market research, and hiring trends.
• Coordinate recruiting campaigns, hiring events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Develop and edit recruiting communications, candidate outreach materials, presentations, and related content.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for recruiting, sourcing, and talent market research activities.
• Assist with training and supporting other team members as needed.
• Lead or support recruiting projects and programs requiring independent judgment, organization, and problem-solving.
• Represent the company at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry-related events as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, agency recruiting, recruiting, or sourcing required.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing experience .
• Experience conducting market research and talent market analysis .
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience within the applicable industry preferred.
• Previous experience leading recruiting projects or programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder-management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a 100% remote environment.
