Automotive Service Advisor

Role Overview: The Service Advisor performs automotive services efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with purchases, use computer systems to manage work orders and inventory, explain invoices, process payments, install batteries, balance wheels, repair and install tires, perform oil changes, and interpret vehicle inspection results to recommend services. Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to pass drug screening and background checks, proficiency in English, and effective interaction with customers and coworkers. Prior auto repair and retail experience are preferred. Must be 18 or older.
