Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting a growing multi-entity accounting function. This position offers broad exposure to financial reporting, project accounting, fixed assets, acquisition activity, and business integration initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial reports Manage balance sheet accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP Support job cost accounting, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and project profitability analysis Partner with operations, project managers, and finance leadership Assist with acquisition accounting, due diligence, and integration efforts Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen internal controls Mentor junior accounting staff and support the continued growth of the accounting function Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably within construction, utilities, infrastructure, or other project-based industries Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting Job cost accounting and WIP reporting experience preferred Multi-entity accounting experience preferred CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus Advanced Excel skills required Experience with ERP systems required Why Consider This Opportunity: Join a private equity-backed organization in a high-growth phase Gain hands-on exposure to acquisitions, due diligence, and integration activities Work closely with finance leadership, operations teams, and executive management Opportunity for career advancement as the company continues to expand Contribute to building and improving accounting processes, controls, and reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bolton Group
