Custodial Worker – 3rd Shift

Shift: 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., Sunday–Thursday

Pay: $16/hour

The Custodial Worker maintains clean, safe, and welcoming campus buildings during overnight hours. This role follows established cleaning standards, supports the campus community, and works as part of a coordinated custodial team.

• General cleaning — Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and maintain orderly spaces.
• Floor care — Operate scrubbers and waxers; strip and finish floors.
• Restroom sanitation — Clean fixtures and restock supplies.
• Trash & recycling — Empty and properly dispose of waste.
• Safety compliance — Use chemicals/equipment safely and report issues.
• Respond to spills and immediate cleaning needs.
• Coordinate tasks with team members and travel between buildings.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate custodial equipment.
• Custodial or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to meet physical demands.
• Ability to work respectfully within a diverse campus community.

• $17/hour starting pay.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Center Valley, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Center Valley,PA.
