Mortgage Loan Officer

Responsibilities Develop referral contacts (realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts) Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general departmental guidelines Manage pipeline for all originated loans through closing and complete required management reports Collect appropriate documentation from each applicant and deliver loan package in the time frames set by management Confident working in a phone sales environment and effectively communicate over phone, email, text, etc. Requirements Mortgage lending sales experience with excellent sales and customer service skills Knowledge of mortgage business, including overall mortgage lending processes as well as federal, state, and regulatory requirements/guidelines NMLS License is required Hard Skills mortgage lending loan processing underwriting pipeline management documentation collection Soft Skills sales skills customer service skills communication skills Certifications & Qualifications NMLS License #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
